you starting weight is the same as my weight and we have the same target weight i usually think of how ill look in a bikini and that gets me to make time to exercise

I don't know if you like math at all but. -1000 calories a day(through eating healthy and less and working out even if it's a little) x 7 days a week. Thats 2 pounds in a week and your goal being about 30 pounds away 30/2=15weeks so thats like 4 months. Think about that! Treat your body right for 4 months and you lose 30 pounds!! You can make your goal it's not as far away as it seems!!
