You have to eat at least 5 times a day!You only ate about 900 calories you need 2400 calories!!!This is what I eat and I lost 20lbs:I eat half a cup of low fat muslie, jungle oats, or pronutro for breakfast then three hours later I eat a fiber bar then three hours after that I eat a whole wheat sandwich with chicken,tuna,or lean ham, no mayonaise,lettace and tomatoe,after school I have an apple/pear/peach (ect.)then in 2 hours I have a yougart with ONLY 5 nuts ,then I have my dinner(with veg. or salad)Try drink 2 and 1/2 liters of water a day
