Ht. 5'6", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hi my name is janelle and i really want to lose 15 lbs by june so if anyone has some good diet and workout plans PLZ share them with me... and i like dont hav a way to get to a gym and i hate working out in public so just thought u should know that much but uh yah..! if someone can help me that would be great cuz i really want to weigh 160 by the beginning of June so PLZ reply !!! :-)

Try walking places. Take a walk everyday. Walking is great for fat burning. If you have a dog try and walk him with you. Your arms might get a little workout then also. Try to aim your daily calorie intake at around 1200-1800. Make sure you get some form of exercise in everyday. Every little bit counts. You should have an idea of what healthy foods are, so make sure to eat healthy. No sweets or overly fatty foods. Good luck!

you could lose 15 by may probably if you start now i want to lose the same amount would you like to work together?
