Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 126 lb, Goal: 110 lb - on Thursday, I am going to state Mathcounts (yes, i'm a smart geek)but we will be in a car for 4 hours there, and 4 hours back. We will be eating out, and our hotel doesn't have a pool, and you have to be 18 to access the workout room. Does anybody have any ideas on how to eat out smart and how I could get in my exercise???

I know how those trips go and if everyone going out whether its fast food and u don't wanna feel like a gomer odering a salad just tell them ur not that hungry and get a kids meal but if its like a restaurant usually most places have a healthier options portion on the menu

Usually at a hotel that has a gym that you need to be 18 usually means you have to have any adult with ask. Run around the room

you can do cruches lungges and squats in the room or take a walk around the hotel --make sure you take someone with you, and as for eating healthy you know whats good and not you can get a little treat for yourself and just have half of it an share it ... good luck
