Ht. 5'5", Start: 200 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey,so does anyone know what a good weight is for me[16 years old and 5'5"]? and how long should you work out on an eliptical?

Your healthy weight range is 115-150. You should spend a minimum of 30 minutes on the elliptical to get a good work out.

Lets see the eliptical um i work on it for like 45 min to an hour but then i do other stuff to, if i were u just get on it and see what u can do, make sure u get ur heart pumping and u break a sweat and just do it until u can't

or you could eat what you want (porpotionally) but let urself know when you get back your gunna work DOUBLE and.....the thing is u realli have to do it

Id say between 120-125 depends on how much muscle u have and ur frame size
