Ht. 5'5", Start: 197 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Wel I'm back. Its been rough for me for awhile, but I'm back to working out daily and TRYING to cut back on food. I never gained a ton back, but I wasn't losing, so its time to move forward.
