Ht. 4'10", Start: 142 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 120 lb - My problem is none of my clothes fit anymore, and I am getting really bad stretch marks on my skin ( all over)! Any advice or eating tips would help me! Oh I also hate to work out, but am bribed to by my parents! I need to know what type of food to avoid and how do you stop eating before you are full?

Hey Alina!
Avoid food like Chocolate;cake and all the fatty foods try not to eat too much cheese and oils.
Try eat lots of low fat food that is high in fiber and low in caslories try go for LOW GI bread that will keep you fuller longer.If you seem to be hungry all the time snack on carrots and cucumbers and raisins instead of chips and stuff
