I haven't been here for a while, but I need some super advice. I'm in a play, and people have to pick me up and carry me around, and the person I'm double-cast with is tiny. She;s my best friend, and she's 17, but she's around 100 pounds, maybe a little less. She's 5'2, I think, and she's just naturally skinny. I'm a voluptuous person. I'm pretty, and I have a nice figure, but I just weigh a lot. The thing is, it's going to be really embarrassing when they try to pick me up, and they can easily pick up my friend. The show is in may, but we do have rehearsals now. I just don't know what to do. No matter what I do, I can't seem to lose weight! I've tried so many things. I don't know what to do, and I really don't want to be embarrassed! Please help!

It's what will make you look better. Water actually helps you to lose fat. If you don't believe me, look it up, there is TONS on that. It will make you dehydrated, which if gets bad enough, it will make you pass out---NEVER a good thing. If you want to lose weight, eat healthy and exercise. There are no quick, easy solutions.

Reply from jill, Age 16 - 03/17/07 - IP#: 68.4.96.xxx omg the best thing is a sona suit while you excersize!! that thing will help you drip sweat. and just eat healthy! maybe like breakfast have some fruits lunch have a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and dinner some vegetables and rice. diet coke,plenty of water and excersize(the most important thing) and you will see results! good luck!
