Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey everyone I just found this site and I read some of the bulletins and they have been very insperational stories so I aplaud everyone for doing but here is my story now that I hope will also inspire many I am 5'2" and I am 160 I know that doesn't seem like alot of weight but for me its like beight morbidly fat but my goal is to lose some inches and lose 40 pounds I have tried o so many diets but none of them seem to work for but I have started another which is to eat healthier and hit the treadmill everyday for 30 minutes I cal tell its working because I have lost around 4 pounds in the first week which I think is pretty good but I still have a long way to go so please encourage because sometimes if I don't lose 1 pound a day I get easily discouraged and think its not working so please ENCOURAGE me somehow ! thanks and I hope you all suceed in your weightloss !

You can do it. You've already lost some weight. It won't be along until it's all gone. Keep it up!

Hey I'm the same height and weight as you. I really want to get down to 120-130. What are you doing to try to lose the weight. I'm dancing and running on the tredmill and just trying to eat healthy. I'm also drinking lots of green tea.
