Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Hey guys...I haven't lost any weight in like to days but I haven't gained any either....anyways, I just wanted to know if any of you had any good tips on weight loss and some good exercises that I could do...Thanks and good luck to all of you....

100 pounds is not a healthy weight for you if you are 5"7'. Try for something between 121-159.

I know this isn't really answering your question, and this is a little personal, but your goal is really high for your height. i think you will do better with a much smaller goal. like 140~
