I can hardly ever go on the comp but I just wanted to say that I lost 2 lbs already...! I was soo happy and my mom was really proud. Yestereday i did bad, me and my friend went to Mcdonalds and i had three chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and we shared a small frie and a small chocolate shake. But after that i wasn't hungry all day so all i ate after was a couple yogurt pretzels and diet pepsi... Idk if i did bad or wat but i did walk about a mile. Today so far i hav had a bowl of mini wheats which i hear are okay because of all the fiber... so ya ttyl luvs

Sure its not good to eat every day, but if your having 3 chicken nuggets, half a small fry, and half a shake and then not eating a lot for the rest of the day than that's really good. I've been dieting for 4 years, reached my goal, and I still can't go to McDonalds because I know that if I do, I'll get the 10 piece chicken nuggets meal with the regular fries and insanely big coke, eat it, and then be sick afterwards. Congrats on the will power and portion control!!!
