Is it just me, or is it easier to run a mile on a treadmill rather than out on the street? Happy Late St. Patty's Day everyone. I hope you picked the fat off your corned beef if u had any. I did :).

I persanally like running outside just for the scenery but inside is nice too because 1 you can crank up the AC and 2 if you die you can stop walk and be done no be a few miles away from your home thinking I'm never going to make it. lol

Something to do with when you run outside, it's harder to push off of a still ground than one that is moving. You're not working as hard to do the same thing. Also, it might be a mental thing. It's easier when you see how much you have to run and you have the machine to help set your pace.
