Protein along with fiber is key. protein builds muscle and you cant lost weight without gaining muscle first, unless its muscle your losing. Whole grains, lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts, low-fat or fat free dairy, & a lot of water. You'll be on the fast track to losing weight in no time. Just keep it up!

Well, so far today I have had a bowl of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, a bowl of special k, and a banana. Now for the rest of the day, I will have a handful of peanuts, a low fat turkey sandwich with fat free cheese, mustard, on whole wheat bread. And maybe a piece of chicken for dinner. Baked chicken that is, and maybe some corn or yogurt as a snack type thing.

Other than that I take one scoop of something like mac and chees with the smallest piece of meat of cut a piece of meat in half and then load up on veggies. Also try using a small plate that way you can really over ear. You only need about 10 oz or so at a meal.
