Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so, no exercise today. :[ Its rainy outside and theres no cardio for me to do inside. I had about 1200 calories today and i feel pretty good about that. as for my weekly monday measuring, i lost a whole inch since last week! (i measure around the biggest part of my stomach) I'm so happy, i'm one inch closer to a bikini! Its just sooo easy to gain an inch back, i gotta work hard! Good luck everyone!

WOW an inch. that is realy good. But don`t let rain spoil exerciseing chances. You can run in place or if you want you can dance. That is what I do all the time.

Work hard and lose another inch because it's harder to gain back to than it is to one. Better yet keep working hard for the next couple months and lose 4 or 5 or more inches. Depending on your body some people could lose 10+ inches in that time. And then keep it up because it's really not that easy to gain 10 inches back especially when you know how much work it took to lose them. ♥Kaylee
