I had chips, cottage cheese, 290 calorie's worth of peanut butter, a banana, and some 5 triscuits. I feel so bad. But otherwise I was good today. Maybe I should just go REALLY light on the dinner tonight. can I have some feedback?? :-/

Or you can just have a light dinner. Either way I don't think that it will hurt your weight loss to bad as long as you ate healthy the rest of the day and don't go overboard anymore. By they ways your bieng could have been so much worse. I know mine are.
