Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I have't been eating good lately, do to all the stress in school and social life and such. I have no time to work out, and when I do, I just plum dont feel like it and give up. I need support threw this, or ill never make it.. ill end up just gaining more! :S im worried..

You can do this! I know you can. You might feel like not doing it at first, but push yourself, and that feeling will go away.

Hey your down 5 pounds and you can keep losing more if you go in the right direction. All you have to do is talk to your family and get some suport. You will be suprised that your family and friends may not understand at first but if you know your facts and can tell them how you feel and what you want they will come quick to suport and help you through it.
