I have been doing sit-ups, running, jumping jacks, and aerobics. I find that after I have done all of these things, I have more energy. Reply from Alyssia, Age 17 - 03/21/07 - IP#: 165.139.169.xxx You're doing a great job, but you might want to change your goal weight. It's not healthy for you. I'm 5'7" also, and a healthy goal weight for us is 121-159. If you were to weight 100lbs. you would look so unhealthy.

Like there was a model who was 95 pounds and 5'8 and she died of starvation. I'd rethink that one. Something more like 130.
