Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ok 2day i had
breakfast-small tortilla w/ cheese skim mild
lunch- pear, tuna sandwich( 180 cals)1/2 grahm cracker.milk
snack- grahm cracker, a LITTLE bit of gold fish
dinner- chicken( 235cals) grapes and wheat bread. i didnt do
2 good but not 2 bad. i need 2 work out now. ill post latter. PLEASE COMMENT!! IT HELPS!! :D
