Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. Breakfast cereal and water. For lunch a sandwhich, 100 cal pak and 150 cal fiber bar. For snack 4 cookies (bad) 150 cal each. For supper one serving of pizza caserole and a salad. For exercises 15 min basketball. 20 min jump rope. 15 min walking. and after supper if have time 30 min of twister dance and maybe 15 min of Carribean Workout. How did I do

Your exercise was great keep it up just try and not wast so many cals on sugary snacks try carrot sticks or oranges only 50 cal or low cal jello.
