Ht. 5'7", Start: 297.5 lb, Current: 289 lb, Goal: 200 lb -
[200 is my first goal, by the way.] The end of last week, beginning of this week, is the first time I've really been serious about dieting lately. I've lost about 6 pounds in this time frame and I was thinking that it's probably mostly waterweight but I was wondering if it's possible for that to be some fat at least. It just seems like an awful lot real quick, this always happens to me the first few weeks of dieting. What do you guys think?

yeah..6 lbs is alot 4 waterweight..u probably did lose about 2-4 lbs of fat =D
