Ht. 5'7", Start: 186 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 130 lb - breakfast---coffee Lunch--- coffee.. i didnt have time to eat today!? i need to slow down.. im maybe doing too many extra curricular activities.. i need more sleep.. coffee has become my god and saviour. helpppp

at least u know that there is a problem =D..but maybe u should pack a lunch that you can eat quickly =D nd 4 breakfast try a protein bar r sumthin like that =D

pfft, coffee isn't that bad for you, just make sure you have it black because you can end up putting a lot of cream and sugar in there.

That's not good. You need to make time to eat and sleep. If not you might gain all your weight back. Try not to drink coffee too much, it's addictive and bad for you.
