Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 138 lb, Goal: 100 lb - I swear everyone on this message board excercizes so much. Congatulations to all of you. I wish I had that kind of will power.

Hi, i just wanted to say, i know that your goal is personal and everything, but your goal is REALLY low. you are at a pretty close to ok weight right now. 100 pounds is underweight for a 13 year old that is 5'4. i encourage you to lower your goal~ but good luck, best wishes

to tell you the truth, I HATE exercising. I just started doing it more often because I was sick of the way I looked. I have lost 5 pounds in less than a week already. Not because I'm going to DRASTIC measures in eating, I exercise. What works for me is running, find something you can do. :jumprope, dance, sports, anything.
