Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 344 lb, Goal: 140 lb - i'm 183 lbs right now and my goal weight is 140 lbs. my prom is june 25th and i despratly need to lose weight by then because i want to look good in my dress. i been going to the gym 4 times a week this whole month and lifting light weights and mostly treadmilling for 2 hours a day while at the gym and i never lost any weight. my eating habbits are really bad like i eat too much takeout food and junk food because my parents do not buy anything healthy lol.. i try to make them but it's no use..they still buy chips and bars. another problem i have is that everytime after i eat, i am never full. so i snack between every meal throughout the day like having a granola bar or cookies. i need help on my eating habbits. i also have mild acne, and i need to get rid of that also. so if any of you guys can help me out and give me some tips that would be awesome!! anyways write back soon~ lrc902@hotmail.com

If at all possible, try to eat fiber and protein. Both help you to stay fuller for longer. And try to eat fruits/vegetables if any are around when you want to snack. I would also suggest that you mix up your gym routine. Your body gets used to the same one if you do it all the time. If you did a variety of workouts, your body doesn't adapt to it so much so it burns more calories.

The eating I have eating problems too I eat a ton even when I get the help of having healthy food I eat to much so I can't really help you there. Just try for self controll and I know it's hard. For acne if it's really bad and you have tried all the face washed (acctually using them right) if washed havn't cleared up your face then you need to go to the doctor. Just call and set up an appointment at a walk in clinic and make sure you say before hand it's for acne because not all clinics write the proscriptions. Any ways when you go into the doctor and talk to him/her say you have tried washed on your face and it hasn't worked and that you would like a prescription antibiotic (tetracycline) and a face stuff called (Erythomycin). Get both those prescribed to you and take them ever day like your told to and it will clear up your face. The down side is you have to take the pills untill your done with teen/early adult acne. I have them and have had them for the last 4 months. It was the first thing that ever cleared up my face. I don't know how I lived without them. FYI the pills have to be taken on an empty stomach so it might help with weight loss.

my biggest tip for ance is rub baby powder all ove ru face at night then in the morning when u take a shower use lots of sopa to wash ur face and then a acne moztrizer not a regular one because those are too oily also drink lots of water and vitamen E pills. drink 8 glasses of water a day after awhile ur skin will be flawless.
