Ht. 5'1", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Wow i have to admit i have been doing really well on my diet. I havent been going terribly hungry and i exercise daily. Alot of people were wondering what my daily routine was so here it is. Breakfast- Granola bites from Quakers(90 calories and sooo good) Mid morning snack- Apple (80 calories) Lunch- Turkey wrap, and 100 calorie pack(250 calories) Snack-100 calorie pack Dinner- What ever my mom makes. I try to have half 3/4 plate of veggies, some protein and a little potato or something. And if i am still hungry i have a sugar free popsicle(5 cals) For exercise i Jog about a mile, i stretch and do high kicks. I also do AB workouts and walk a little

That's really great. Just make sure that once you start to get bored to mix it up, otherwise you're more likely to go off your diet. Good luck!
