I ate like 8 graham crackers, and had like 10 bites of a cake. I won't touch either again! I'm planning on going on a bike ride in a little bit to burn off some of these calories. At least tomorrow is a new day.
Reply from Alyssia, Age 17 - 03/25/07 - IP#: 67.174.141.xxx Catharine, no, it wasn't all I ate. : ) Natasha, it took me a little over 6 months so far and I did it by watching what I ate (eating healthy), allowing myself some treat on occasion and working out for an hour at least 4 days a week. It won't affect your weight loss unless you have that and decide to give up for the entire day. Congrats on not just being like "Well, I screwed up today, so might as well just eat whatever I want" You'll be fine.
