It's also really important to do toning excercises as well, because you won't want to look flabby when you reach your goal weight. Keep a food diary. Look on this website for information, and look up the calories of fast food so you know what to eat if you are stuck at a fast food restaurant. I would also recommend you buy the book "The Diet for Teenagers Only"...and when you're watching TV do things like sit ups and squats during commericals...GOOD LUCK!
