Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I was wondering...what are good toning exercises? I actually think that I have been toning a little, but I want to make sure that by the time I reach my goal weight, I'm not completely flabby. Thanks for the help!
