Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 125 lb - has anyone lost 30 pounds in 3 months..if so how did u do it?

Just do the math. Weight X 11 = a #, then u subtract 1250 from the number and thats how many calories u have to eat a day.( 1 pound is 500 and 250 is a 1/2 of a pound so 1250 is 2 1/2 pounds Becuz 500 + 500 + 250 = 1250) so Instead of losing just that 1 pound a week you'll lose 2 1/2 a week. Which adds up to 10IBS a month.EXAMPLE: 200 X 11 = 2200 - 1250 = 950 :-( NEVER EAT THAT LOW AMOUNT OF CALORIES. Somebody who's smaller wont be able to lose 10IBS a month so just do the math and never eat below 1200 calories a day. Sorry if its long. I hope it helps :-)Good Luck
