Reply from Catharine, Age 14 - 03/26/07 - IP#: 70.190.189.xxx you should drink WAY MORE!! You're gonna get dehydrated. Water has absolutely nothing in it except hydration for your body. So whenever you feel hungry you should try drinking a tall glass of water before haveing a snack.
