Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 120 lb - thanks for the advise
ill go swimming in my pool and ill start eating alot less i even started to do cruthces but my main area i want to loose weight is my thighs those are my only problem
im not overweight i just have a big ass and thighs and i would like to tone them down alot so if anyone knows thigh excercises that would help me i would appreciate it alot thanks

Check out LHJ.com and click on health and fitness then go to How to workouts. They even have a little clip of the workout so that you'll know how to do it. Good Luck
