Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - also i forgot to put for excercise i stretched and did 40 sit ups

OK. Thats way I do them too But there's no difference between 20 sit ups and 40 sit ups. both will give u the same results at the same time. I'm sorry I thought that maybe u were doin all those sit ups becuz u wanted to see faster results.

Dont waste time doin so many sit ups. Get a AB video and only do it every other day. I have the 10 min solution workouts for abs, thighs, arms and buns. I like it becuz its only 1OMINS.
