Reply from Lizz, Age 16 - 03/27/07 - IP#: 68.218.152.xxx Of course hunn.... this is usually what I eat. Breakfast- Apple sause, any healthy cereals like cheerios, frosted flakes ect.... Lunch- Tuna fish, soup, salad (( heres a hint with the salad... they never seem to fill me up how i want them to, so i sometimes eat a slice of bread with it and it keeps me full for a long time)) and Dinner- I always eat w.e my family is eating... just in smaller portions. Believe me it will fill you up. you just dont know it. anywayyy... i hope you meet your goal. lizz
