Ht. 5'7", Start: 201 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hi today i had 1230 calories i played basketball for 20 minutes played soccer for 30 minutes walked for 10 minutes and bowled if that counts because my arms are whiped out for 2hours PLEASE REPLY ON HOW I DID!!!

Sounds good! but don't over work yourself with exercise. You'll just end up really tired.

That sound pretty good hunn... just remember one day of exercise isn't going to help. Make sure to do a little everyday or at least everyother day. Light walking is perfect for thirty mintues a day. Anyway, good luck.
