Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ok, for breakfast i did well. for lunch IM SO MAD AT MY SCHOOL!!!! THEY SEREVED HAMBURGERS THAT WERE STILL IN GREASE AND THEY TOOK THEY OUT WHEN THEY PUT IT ON A BUN!!!!! :(
ERRR I WIPED IT ALL OFF!!!! IWAS MAD! BUT fortuneatly my mom is going 2 the store 2day 2 get lean turkey deli stuff. for super i did better i followed "lucy's rule" of cutting stuff in half. half of a pork chop, half baked potato, and a sala w/ fat free low cal. ranch. i still need 2 exercise 2nite though ill update later. PLEASE REPLY!

Yea School lunch is never healthy. Maybe u should bring your own lunch and u don't have to cut everything in half just watch your calories and cut back to 1 serving.
