Reply from Alyssia, Age 17 - 03/28/07 - IP#: 67.174.141.xxx My favorite thing for lunch, which is also my favorite thing I eat that I look forward to everyday, is a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with fat free cheese and some mustard. The whole wheat is 140 cals, the turkey I buy is 30 cals a slice, and the fat free cheese is 30 cals also. So it's a 200 calorie sandwich, and it usually fills me up when I drink some water with it.

I also like to dip un-buttered whole wheat toast in soups, it mellows the taste of the whole wheat and makes it not so dry. Good luck! =)
