Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i know i posted this twice but i messed up the last one
breakfast raisin bran and a cup of water
snack 4 strawberries
lunch chicken noodle soup and vegetabale crackers and a cup of water
supper hot dog but im only gonna eat on instead of 2

Its OK to drink lots of water it'll flush out the fat and yea your meals sound good to me. Good Luck

You did good. Maybe add some more veggies/fruits though. I always have trouble getting those in myself. : )
