Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 133 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey everyone! I haven't been on in a while but here's what I've been doing.
I've been eating healthyfully,(not more than 1400 cal. a day)
I've been working out everyday, ( running at least a mile and weight lifting)
And I've been enjoying seeing my love handles, tummy and thighs get smaller and smaller.
In previous years I've tried to lose weight but never stuck with it. this time I really think I can do it.

what othere exercises do you do ? i jump rope at least 200 times a day and do 40 sit ups and im not a fan of running so what is some other good exercises
