Reply from Kaylee, Age 14 - 03/28/07 - IP#: 69.19.14.xxx Special K and fat free milk or a whole wheat english muffin with a LITTLE all natural peanut butter or Hunny nut Cheerieos with a bannana and fat free milk or fried eggs (egg whites alone are lower calorie) with a piece of whole wheat toast and a little sugar free jelly or a veggie egg white omlet or a lean pocket or well thing is breakfast if you wanted could be a turkey sandwich with only musturd and an apple on the side. It doesn't matter what you have as long as you like it, it's pretty low calorie, and it keeps you full untill your next meal or snack.
