Do you just come up with your own "program", or use a book or website,etc? What are some good programs? Also, what do you do for cardio?
Reply from Kaylee, Age 14 - 03/29/07 - IP#: 69.19.14.xxx Cardio: I run cross country and track in school. I LOVE to go for 2 miles walks with my dogs. I have an elliptical I work out on. Weights: I take a weight training class at school. I have 5 pound hand weights at home. Also situps, crunches, side crunches, all those good things for your abs. Of course you might not want to do those untill your trying to tone down and not just lose weight.
