Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i was researching online and i found an artical saying if you WALK for an hour each day you can loose up to a pound in 10 days without even dieting i have been doing that for almost 2 weeks and lost 4 weeks and lost 3 pounds it works

That's really cool. That's what I've been doing for my cardio lately. I walked for an hour and twenty minutes yesterday. : )

Yea u could still lose weight if u exercise and don't eat right. But the point of weight lost is to teach u how to eat healthier and add more activities in your life. Thats why they go hand and hand. U cant just do one. U might get flabby instead of toned. BUT if it works for u then go for it! Good Luck.
