Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Today I woke up and tried on all my bikinis that fit me mostly good last year when I weighted 125 pounds. Now 20 pounds heavier they don't fit nearly as well but they wern't as bad as I though they would be. Living in california summer and the beach is my life so it's important to me to feel good in my bikinis and get a new one for this year. It's my inspiration to lose the weight I've been trying to lose. You might want to try it. put on something that fits but you see flaws in. Then work to get rid of what you don't want to see. I hope to lose 10 pounds by my birthday in may. I'm going to try on my bikinis ever 2 weeks when I do my weigh in. It's goign to keep me motivated. ♥kaylee

This might be the exact opposite of your ideas, but try to swim alot. Since it is easier to excercise in water, just do laps until you are tired, rest, and go back in. I did this about three times a day, four times a week.Good luck!

my 15th birthday is in may and i want to lose 10 lbs by then too! i'm also 144/145 lbs. weirddd. haha. whens your birthday? mines the 13th.
