Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i;ve been doing pretty good except my super! i eat what my family eat. i need to eat less!! any tips to REMIND me?? if i wasnt doing that i prbly b at my goal weight( not really but SEEMS like it) please reply! rachel

Well, if you're ever having something REALLY GOOD for dinner and you want another plateful, even though you know you don't need it, just think to yourself, "Will eating this food really make me happier? How long will the enjoyment of this food last?" if you say no and have some friut of a glass of water you'll feel VERY good about yourself afterwards, I do.
