Ht. 5'5", Start: 631 lb, Today: 631 lb, Goal: 115 lb - I was doing so well for 2 whole weeks, no sweets at all and all I drank was water... its been a few days and i havent had as much water... but im so angry. I want 2 feel like I did at Xmas... I spent the whole summer exercising and i saw that lost 2 pant sizes when i went shoppin even tho I can still fit in them I really miss the feeling of feeling a bit smaller but final exams and graduation are makin me nervous... I tried making goals for myself but I always broke them... I have the motivation but I dont have will powerrrrr!!! How do u guys get over cravings and stress that causes binging???

try asking yourself "Is what I want to eat going to feel better than reaching my goal?" If the answer is no, then just walk away. Just turn your head and don't even look at the temptation. That sometimes works for me.
