Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 120 lb - UG!! I gained, how the heck could I have gained weight(2pounds). I've been running, yes RUNNING, at least a mile everyday for the past week and eating healthfully. And not only that, I've been wieght training to. Maybe I gained a pound of two of muscle. ugh, this is so FRUSTRATING!! But I was pretty good today. Breakfast-Mashed potatoes(250cal). lunch-EasyMac(460cal) with cut up hotdog in it(30cal.) Snack- Triscuits and cottage cheese(200cal?) and I'll be good at dinnertime. Yes Iknow easy mac isn't the best thing for you ut it's ok for once in a while right? OH YEA and I also ran and did my weight trainging in the morning. So, I was around 950cal so-far today. feedback please. :]

You might be ating too little calories. You should look on the Internet and find out how many calories to each each day in order to lose weight and then stick by that number. I definitely think 950 plus what u eat at dinner is too low. U should have at least 1200 everyday cause you're still growing u know. Hope this helps.

Pretty much everything you've eaten was a carb. Carbs on TERRIBLE but you have to have a balanced diet. Where are the fruits and vegetables? Remember healthy diet is way more than how many calories have you had.
