snack special k blueberry bar
lunch 2 slice cinn. french toast
snack 100 calorie pack of oreo thin crisps
supper - 2 chicken tenders and 4 strawberries
with all of this i had water

hey trev i think you should also eat healthy and the weight would come off alot quicker

Good job. You have the exact opposite idea of mine. The way I see it, you can eat all you want as long as you do the work to burn however many or more calories. It works for me, but send your opinion.
