Ht. 5'6", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 128 lb - Okay, well i'm definatly loosing ALOT OF WEIGHT. This is crazy, i started tday running 6km[3miles] every morning, and eating breakfast & dinner [a protein bar 4 lunch] I'm only going to eat 800 calories a day, drinking water and skim milk. I want to loose by summer. BE BACK WITH UPDATES.

u need 2 eat more(especially if u r running that much)..u could get anorexia, what u r doing is dangerous
