Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so my whole "lets lose weight" thing started a couple months ago and i did great. but now my motivation is starting to slip and i eat unhealthy foods more than i should and sometimes i just say oh well i wont exercise today. does this happen to anyone else? after a few good, solid months of weight loss you start losing motivation? well i really really want that bikini by july so i gotta keep working at it. im gonna try jump rope when i dont have it in me to run. also a random question: are eggs over easy bad for you?

no any kind of eggs are good for you and they keep you fuller longer
