You've come to the right place if you want to lose weight. here's a list of tips for you
1. Drink Lots of water
2. No more junk food.
3. Fruits and veggies
4. Get enough sleep at night.
5. Do exercise, almost every day for 20-30min.
6. Eat smaller portions but then drink more water.
7. Don't skip meals or starve yourself. your metabolism will slow down and you won't be able to burn fat.
8. Diet aids and pills DON'T WORK.

10. Talk to your doctor
11. Learn to love yourself no matter how you look.
