Reply from *Sarah*, Age 14 - 04/01/07 - IP#: 67.163.196.xxx thats a tough one. with the icecream, i would say you just need willpower. think about what you really want out of weight loss. for me its a bikini. so i think to myself, would i rather enjoy this icecream for about 10 minutes and just get fatter, or look fabulous this summer? and for the fast food...i would say pack a healthy meal if you can, and bring it with you. if you absolutely have to use the food court, do your research and find out whats healthy. i dont know what food places there are in your food court, but if you go to mcdonalds for instance, you could get a ceasar salad without chicken(90 calories)or if you really want a burger (250 calories) cut it in half and have the rest later, or if you want chicken go for grilled. good luck! :)
