Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ahhhhhhh. these last few days have not been good. i havent exactly binged but if i made a list of all the junk ive had in the last few days it would not be good. i dont call it binging cause i didnt just sit in front if the tv and shove food into my face for an hour(like i used to, haha). but i just ate something small here and there. so today i'm gonna attempt 30 minute jump rope(burns 300 calories!) and im going to the gym during my study hall tomorrow. on a little bit of a different note, its kinda sad right now cause my dad just bought a case of glass coke bottles cause i absolutely love those and we never have them and i want to drink them so bad. thyre smaller than the plastic ones(100 calories each i think) so would it be ok to have one a day for the next couple days?

One a day is great! I love those mini glass ones! Anyways, 100-150 calories is not too bad of a binge. Just be sure to have only one though. Any more could ruin it...

Of course. One a day is perfect. :) You can still enjoy things you love. Just with minor limitations
